Cornerstone Labradoodles Puppy Application

To start the adoption process for a puppy from Cornerstone Labradoodles please complete this form. Once the form is received, you will receive an email.  After our introductory phone call to go over your application, answer questions, discuss timing and several other important details, you will receive an approved application email, if approved.  Following that you will be able to submit a reservation and consultation fee of $500 which will be applied towards the total purchase price of $3,700.00.  This fee is non-refundable for any reason other than the event that a puppy cannot be provided to you.  At 6 weeks of age, a complete payment of $3,200 plus tax ($222.00) will continue to secure your reservation for a puppy.

To be considered for a puppy from Cornerstone Labradoodles please fill out the entire form, sign and return. I confirm my intention to purchase an Australian Labradoodle puppy from Cornerstone Labradoodles, LLC by payment of this fee in the amount of $500. This puppy will go out on a legally binding spay/neuter contract that will ensure the puppy will have the surgery completed by 7 months of age. This application is for a puppy to be placed as a pet.

Puppy allocations are primarily based firstly on temperament; therefore, we cannot guarantee that all of your preferences will be available; however, we will make every attempt to fulfill your requests.

Understanding our allocation process: Cornerstone Labradoodle puppies are not man made, they are made by Mother Nature and God. We take into consideration your preferences in color and gender, however our puppies will be placed primarily on temperament, allergy concerns, personality and disposition. We will take into consideration your family’s energy level and individual needs. When the puppies are 6-7 weeks old, Cornerstone Labradoodles will select your puppy, a puppy’s color and gender are secondary. Placing and matching a puppy with it’s forever family is of utmost importance to us.
